A trusted partner for leaders navigating growth, change and transition.

Jane Coulson

Before becoming an executive coach, I spent 17 years at Apple, holding senior leadership positions across Marketing Communications and Retail.

During that time, I led teams through significant organisational growth, transformation and change. I worked across complex, fast-paced environments, building strong cross-functional relationships, developing talent and helping teams deliver exceptional results.

These experiences gave me first-hand insight into the challenges leaders face as organisations evolve: balancing competing priorities, influencing stakeholders, leading through uncertainty, developing teams and navigating increasing responsibility.

Having experienced these challenges myself, I understand both the rewards and realities of leadership. Throughout my own career, I benefited from exceptional coaching at pivotal moments of growth and transition. Those experiences helped me think more clearly, lead more effectively and navigate challenges with greater confidence and perspective. They also showed me the transformative impact that skilled coaching can have when leaders are given the space to reflect, challenge their assumptions and discover their own answers.

That experience ultimately inspired me to train as a coach and support others on their own leadership journeys.

To ensure I continue to provide the highest quality coaching, I undertake regular coaching supervision alongside ongoing professional development (CPD) through workshops, seminars and learning programmes. I believe that the best coaches remain curious, reflective and committed to their own development, just as they encourage their clients to be.

Career

Following my English degree, I began my career in the advertising and creative industries, working as a producer across film, radio, press and print for a wide range of organisations. In 2006, I joined Apple, where I spent 17 years developing my leadership career during a period of extraordinary growth, innovation and global expansion.

As Head of EMEIA Production within Apple Marketing Communications, and later Head of EMEIA Internal Communications, Learning & Development in Retail, I led and developed international teams across diverse markets and functions.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team in both organisations, I contributed to strategy, organisational design, culture, financial planning, talent development and business transformation.

These experiences gave me first-hand insight into the opportunities and challenges leaders face as organisations grow and evolve, and continue to inform my coaching today.
